The items governed by these General Terms of Sale are those which appear on the Website and which are indicated as sold and dispatched by DRESS BOX Ltd (the "Garments"). They are offered within the limits of available stocks.
The prices of the Garments are indicated in Euros and in MUR, including all local taxes.
Taxes and customs duties may apply in the various importing countries, according to the regulations in force in those countries.
The prices of the Garments do not include delivery charges. The amount of delivery charges will be specified before the order is validated.
To place an order, you must identify yourself with your email address and password. For first-time orders, you will need to create an account.
Once your shopping cart is validated, you will be asked to choose your delivery address and validate your payment method. This last step formalizes the sales contract with DRESS BOX Ltd.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Garments available for sale.
DRESS BOX will acknowledge receipt of your order upon validation by sending you an email in which you will find a link to these General Terms of Sale.
In certain cases, notably for non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem related to your account, DRESS BOX Ltd reserves the right to block your order until the problem is resolved.
In the event of unavailability of a Garment ordered, you will be informed by email. The order of this Garment will then be cancelled and reimbursed, the rest of the order remaining firm and definitive.

You can pay for your order either by Visa or Mastercard, or by bank transfer if you have a bank account in Mauritius. For payment by Visa or Mastercard, your account will be debited when you order the Garment(s). For payment by bank transfer, your order will be confirmed upon receipt of funds. In case of stock shortage or unavailability of a Garment, the amount of the Garment will be refunded.
5.1. Delivery costs
Mauritius and Rodrigues : free delivery by Celero
Reunion Island : free delivery by Post (registered) for any purchase as from 45 €
Shipping costs of 7 € for any purchase below 45 €
5.2. Average delivery times
Mauritius : 7 calendar days
Reunion Island : 12 calendar days
Delivery times apply from the working day following the order and are not binding.

06 - Return of Garment(s)
6.1. Exercising your right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to dressboxltd@gmail.com. DRESS BOX Ltd will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Then, during this period, you can return the Garment(s) by registered post to the following address:

Garment(s) must be returned intact, complete, unworn, unwashed, odor-free and with their original tag.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Garment(s) o by registered post.
DRESS BOX Ltd undertakes to refund all sums paid upon receipt of the Garment. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the returned order.
Please note that returns are not accepted for :
- Garments listed in our "Super Deals" category
- Customized" Garments, i.e. :
- items that are longer or shorter than the standard items presented on the site and made at your request
- items made from a fabric other than the standard items presented on the site and made at your request
6.2. Exchange of Garment(s)
You may also request a size exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of your order. You may return the Garment(s) to be exchanged to DRESS BOX Ltd by registered post to the following address:

Garments must be returned intact, complete, unworn, unwashed, odor-free and with their original tag.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the "Garments" by registered post.
DRESS BOX Ltd undertakes to return the garment in the desired size at no extra cost.
Please note that returns are not accepted for :
- Garments listed in our "Super Deals" category
- Customized" Garments, i.e. :
- items that are longer or shorter than the standard items presented on the site and made at your request
- items made from a fabric other than the standard items presented on the site and made at your request
